Onaa uses account details, service requests, provider profiles, notifications and job data to match customers with providers and operate the platform.

location data

Location is collected only after permission. Exact live coordinates are shared only with participants of the relevant active job. Users can stop location sharing from the tracking screen and the platform rejects new tracking updates after a job is completed or cancelled.

notifications

Push notifications require browser permission and can be disabled in browser or device settings.

third parties

Onaa may use infrastructure providers such as Supabase, map/business-data services and hosting providers. Their processing is subject to their own terms.

your choices

Users can update profile information and can request account or data deletion through Onaa support once the support contact is configured for production.
