onaa.lk terms of use

Onaa connects customers and independent providers. Unless a service is explicitly marked otherwise, Onaa is not the seller or service provider and does not receive the customer’s service payment.

direct transactions

Customers and providers agree service scope, price and payment directly with each other. Providers are responsible for lawful service delivery, pricing, taxes and required licences.

Onaa commission

A provider may owe Onaa a commission when a job introduced through Onaa is completed. Commission rates are shown by category and may be updated for future jobs. Three unpaid completed-job commissions may pause access to new Onaa leads until the outstanding commission is settled.

safety and conduct

Users must provide accurate information, avoid fraud, harassment and illegal services, and use the report tools when needed. Onaa may suspend accounts for abuse, repeated non-payment, fraud or safety concerns.

location

Live location sharing is optional, limited to active job participants, and should stop when the job ends. Web/PWA background location behavior depends on the device and browser.

Some search results can come from third-party public business data. These are clearly shown as external/public listings and are not automatically Onaa-verified.
